By using Slow, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable.

What Slow is (and isn't)

Slow is a general-wellness tool. It guides well-known breathing and grounding practices to help you relax and settle. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

If you're in crisis, please reach out for real help. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741. If you're in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What "lifetime" means

A founding (lifetime) purchase gives you access to Slow's resets (the ones available now and the ones we add later) for as long as Slow operates as a service, with no recurring charge. It's tied to your account and isn't transferable or resellable. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee that the product runs forever; if we ever had to wind Slow down, we'd give founding members fair notice and a way to export anything that's theirs.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. If you buy a founding membership and it's not for you, email us within 14 days for a full refund, no hard feelings. Subscriptions (when offered) can be cancelled any time and won't renew after you cancel; we don't do surprise renewals, and we won't move a reset you already have behind a paywall.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute Slow's content, or try to break or abuse the service.

No warranties; limits

Slow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
