Health apps have a trust problem, and they earned it. Slow is built the other way. This page says, in plain language, exactly what we do and don't do with your information.

What we collect

• Your email, only if you choose to join the list or buy. We use it to send you what you asked for. Nothing else.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics: aggregate counts like how many people opened a reset. No cross-site tracking, no personal profiles, no fingerprinting.
• The resets themselves run in your browser. How you feel and what you tap is not sent anywhere or tied to your identity.

What we never do

• No advertising trackers. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads SDK, no data brokers.
• We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it for advertising.
• We don't collect sensitive health data and hand it to third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, export, or delete everything we hold about you, at any time. Just email us. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Since we don't sell or share for ads, there's nothing to opt out of, but the right stands.
